DowntownBenson.com is managed by Paradigm Creative Media, Inc. ("the webmasters"). These Terms of Use ("terms") apply to any website user with an established account at DowntownBenson.com ("user"). The establishment of an account at DowntownBenson.com will be deemed as acceptance of these "terms."

FUN:

1. This website is intended to be fun.

2. "The webmasters" encourage all users to post information, images, and event listings that promote the fun ideal of Benson.

3. For the purpose of DowntownBenson.com the definition of "fun" should be narrowed to "family friendly fun."

4. "Family friendly fun" will be the sole discretion of "the webmasters."

1. The user understands that no material can be submitted to DowntownBenson.com without permission from the copyright holder. Any user that submits copyrighted information (text, image, moving picture or sound recording) without the express permission of the copyright holder will immediately have their account suspended indefinitely.

2. By submitting content to DowntownBenson.com you are granting "the webmasters" an irrevocable non-exclusive license to use the content at DowntownBenson.com in perpetuity.

3. Any content submitted to DowntownBenson.com becomes the copyright of "the webmasters" unless the copyright is reserved in writing by the creator.

4. The page layout, "Downtown Benson Logo", color combination, site programming (except where covered by GPL), database configuration, and phrase "Omaha's Classic Neighborhood" are all copyright Paradigm Creative Media, Inc., 2005.

CONTENT:

1. All content is posted, included and removed at the sole discretion of "the webmasters."

2. All content at DowntownBenson.com is intended to promote and improve the area of Benson.

3. Content that does not relate to the area of Benson may be removed, without recourse, by "the webmasters."

4. Any user posting inappropriate content may be, at the sole discretion of "the webmasters," be suspended from posting content to the site.
